As our Chief of Staff, you’ll be my process prodigy tasked with driving efficiency and excellence across our operations. Responsibilities

Strategic Business Analysis
Innovate and refine internal tools and processes
Administration
Spearhead the candidate screening process
Capture tasks and critical insights from meetings
Business Development
Gather client testimonials and referrals
Take charge of our prospect pipeline, from lead generation to crafting compelling proposals and presentations
Maintain and strengthen our ties with current and past clients
Financial Oversight
Monitor vendor payments & reconcile accounts
Marketing & Storytelling
Share our story and expertise through insightful articles, case studies, and blog posts
Amplify our brand on social media by managing our social media accounts and engaging with our audience
Elevate our online presence by researching and implementing engaging website keywords and meta descriptions
Additional (you'll provide support)
Administration
Synchronize project timelines and hours worked
Oversee quarterly and annual filings to ensure we're on top of compliance and certifications
Business Development
Cultivate government & industry relationships by identifying and registering with relevant programs & associations
Transform our existing service offerings into market-ready products
Marketing & Storytelling
Grow customer base by developing and executing an effective marketing strategy (content calendar, targeted email, and social media campaigns)

Must haves
Available during Central Timezone business hours
